Service Offerings:

Standard “Service Request” – Ad Hoch call in service request is performed hourly at the standard rate and is typically called directly into the AOS Services Scheduling Office for scheduled service or Help Desk for immediate support.

“Sentry” Service Agreement – Sentry is a preset amount of time each month for System Engineering level administration services with any combination of prescheduled onsite service in a minimum 4 hour session, and/or Help Desk call in support. Sentry is billed on a monthly fee basis and the total value of your annual contract enables you to take advantage of the matching discounted service “tier”.

“Block Agreement” - Block agreements are prepaid at the desired service discount “tier”. Services are performed as directed on a scheduled basis at AOS’ published rate schedule. The appropriate “skill level” will be debited from your Block account as performed at discounted services “tier” rates. Block accounts statements are provided on a monthly basis. Block investments must be used within a 12-month period of the contract date or they are subject to a rate increase on July 1 of the following year. Blocks also provide access to the AOS Help Desk for your “ad hoc” technical assistance and support needs.
