Example: We had an outdated network infrastructure, old phones, and literally a paper-and-pencil sales process.
Sales leads were written on index cards, then passed on to telemarketing agents who had no computers. We were printing 300 to 400 pieces of paper every day that were useless within 24 hours and thrown away.
* Solution: What was the solution put in place and how did you come to decide on it?
Example: After analyzing our inside sales telemarketing process with AOS in detail, we designed
and then put in place a Contact Center with preview dialing of a targeted database thus eliminating
the paper shuffle and calling of unqualified calls.

Example: The technology is paying back dividends in cost savings, improved productivity and increase sales.
Based upon on the contact centers reports our agents are making more calls due to the “click to dial” feature, getting through to twice as many targeted customer leads, as well as setting more appointments for the outside sales team. This is a result of being able to focus on their scripting and sales instead of hand dialing from lists and trying to reach customers.
In less then 24 months we have went from being just another company in the industry to the industry standard.
